Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Drainvac South Africa reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Drainvac South Africa reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.


Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship between seven to 30 days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns

Standard Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. This Policy applies to products bought from Drainvac South Africa itself.
This Policy forms part of the Drainvac South Africa Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Preparing your products for a return
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

          • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
          • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
          • include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

A: Unwanted products
You can return an unwanted product to us on your own cost, provided:

          • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
          • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
          • you log a return on the Website within 10 working days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After within 10 working days, you can only return a product if it is defective; and
          • it is not one of the products listed below.
          • a dust/ Personal Protective mask, is considered a non returnable product;
          • it is not a pre-order stock item. Products ordered that we do not keep in stock will not be refunded unless it is faulty.

Changed your mind?
Where you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:

          • a dust/ Personal Protective mask;
          • it is not a pre-order stock item.

Product(s) to be returned at your own cost. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund you the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return date.
Not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process set out in section Preparing your products for a return. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available), we will refund you the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return date.

B: Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 2 working days of such delivery / collection by emailing us.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement), we will refund you the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return date. Please see Preparing your products for a return.
C: Defective products
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 3:

          • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
          • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
          • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
          • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
          • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
          • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Standard Warranty
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 3 months (for commercial warranty) or 12 months (for residential warranty) after delivery / collection of the product.

You can do so by emailing us and returning the product(s) on your own cost. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product (if such repair is possible / we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or refund you. If the repair / replacement takes longer than 21 days, we will get in touch with you to see if you would rather receive a refund.

D: Charges and refunds
If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to refund you in respect of the returned item.
If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Drainvac South Africa for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
Under no circumstances will donations be refunded.
Please note that we only refund by EFT.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Drainvac South Africa shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Drainvac South Africa shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Drainvac South Africa will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price, or EFT to your account.
